Resynq is operated by Cadus Labs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Resynq websites, mobile apps, and related services.

Depending on how you use Resynq, we may collect:
- Account information, such as name, email address, authentication details, and settings.
- Health and wellness information you choose to enter, such as symptoms, routines, questions, notes, medication-related notes, goals, and other context.
- Messages, prompts, uploads, or other content you provide to the companion experience.
- Device, app, and usage information, such as app version, device type, log data, diagnostic data, and feature usage.
- Support communications, including messages you send to us and related contact information.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Resynq; personalize your experience; help you organize health context; respond to support requests; detect misuse; comply with legal obligations; and develop new features.
Health Information
Health information is sensitive. Resynq is intended as a companion and organizational tool. Resynq does not provide emergency services, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or medical advice. If Resynq later works with covered healthcare providers or handles protected health information on their behalf, we will put appropriate HIPAA-related agreements and safeguards in place before doing so.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate Resynq, comply with law, protect rights and safety, complete a business transaction, or with your consent or direction.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and improve safeguards over time.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. You may request deletion as described below.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. You can also request account deletion at Delete Account.
Children
Resynq is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date when changes are made.
