Emergencies

Do not use Resynq for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you provide, your account security, and how you use Resynq. Do not use Resynq to violate law, infringe rights, harm others, or interfere with the service.

Content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us permission to process that content to operate, secure, support, and improve Resynq.

No Warranty

Resynq is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadus Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Resynq.
